Jim Toner
47, married with two children was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pa. Jim has been a full time investor for 23 years acquiring millions in real estate holdings. Vince Parrucci
Vince Parrucci has worked in the Financial and Banking Industry for over 17 years. His career started as an Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick working in a number of different industries including Banking, Governmental, Non-Profit and Manufacturing over the course of 4 years before being hired off of an engagement by Mellon Financial Corp.He spent the next 11 years working in the Global Custody and Institutional Cash Management Divisions of the Securities Services Department of Mellon Financial Corp. as manager of the Control and Compliance Group. He ran several business lines including Operational Risk Management, Compliance, New Accounts, Procedures and Defined Contribution Cash Management. He quickly earned his title as Vice President and continued to manage risk across multiple geographic locations as the Bank rapidly grew, acquiring Dreyfus, Buck Consultants and the Boston Company. The last couple of years in Corporate America he worked for Allegheny Financial Group as their Vice President of Operations for the Broker Dealer overseeing new account openings, the trading desk, cashiering and portfolio accounting.
During the course of his successful career, Vince invested in real estate as an investor for the past 11 years. His primary focus has been to buy and hold. His current holdings exceed 4 million dollars in real estate including single family houses and multiple units totaling over 100 rental units. Currently, Vince focuses his efforts on locating new deals and teaching people how to invest in real estate. |

Beverly Kepchia
JTWB International V.P. of Operations, is a single mother with 2 children. She has a background in Sales and Marketing Management spanning from Retail Soft lines to Business Process Outsourcing for several Fortune 500 Companies. As President of Cyber Travel Services, she received a “Best Travel Agency of the Year” award in 2003 from The Tribune-Review reader’s choice awards. She has been involved with the Rental side of Real Estate Investing for almost 26 years. Beverly believes that Real Estate investing is a good avenue for women to explore in building their financial portfolio as well as securing their plans for retirement. |
