Limited Partnerships

In addition to our “Turn Key” investments and real estate investment training programs we offer Limited Partnerships for accredited investors.  An accredited investor is an individual with a net worth of one million dollars or more or, has made more than $200,000 a year for the last two years.  In determining the net worth, you may include any real estate owned.  For more information please contact our office.
